Morteza Mohamadi (born 1968، Babol) is Vice President and an Assistant professor of MU’s Department of Law. He received a Bachelor «s degree in "Law", in Tehran University and a Master» s degree in «Private Law» in Mofid University 2001، and a PhD in «Private Law» from Mofid University in 2010. He also started seminary courses and went through the courses of Advanced Islamic Jurisprudence and Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence (Kharej-e Fiqh and Usul).
