Seyed Mohammad Ghari Seyed Fatemi (born 1961) is a professor of MU’s Department of Law. He received a Bachelor's degree in “Law” from the University of Tehran in 1987, a Master's degree in “Public Law” in 1993, and a PhD in “Comparative Human Rights” from the University of Manchester, England, in 1999.
